Wont allow me to access my router when Im away from home anymore. Pls change it back or fix it so I can access it through a webpage on my smart phone.

Cant do anything with this app! Cant adjust the settings even when trying to use 192.168.1.1 from my phone ... Mobile OS is not supported? What kind or garbage is this?!?

The Linksys router and app have caused us nothing but grief. After hours of paid tech support we were convinced to buy a new router that did not work any better than the first one. We purchased it for the parental control functionality and it just wont work properly. We did email mngt and they did not respond. We will never buy this brand again.

Issue with EA6500: 1. If you rename your device, this is not reflected to Cisco Connect Cloud. It always displays the first and probably cached device name. 2. In some cases Cisco Connect Cloud does not display WAN IP correctly; even there is a sesion with the router. Do not trust the IP displayed in Troubleshoot > Router Info if your router gets dynamic IP from your ISP. 3. Existing single port redirection rules are not displayed. Router WAN IP should be displayed in the welcome page.

What about WOL?

This app reboots every 2-5 secs. I couldnt use it since update from "Cisco connect express". Do something please. Linksys ea3500 v1.1.39blablabla

It has nice design, but its useless app Ive ever seen for router administration. There is no tools to configure your router. Only nice icons and navigation.

Kinda lackluster on features compared to the web gui but works ok.

I downloaded this app to be able to adjust the times my kids are able to get online. What a bummer that I cant change the times on the app but have to do it on my computer instead. That pretty much makes this app useless to me.

I have an EA6900. Logging in with throws me to a router not supported error screen. Never had an issue before the latest update. I can log in fine on my laptop so something was clearly broken with one of the recent updates.

Each time Stupid app updates it asks for you router admin credentials, i dont remember them all the time, also when switching guest wifi on off it crashes. Block websites arent blocked

EA6200 not supported since newest update. This is amateur. Test your app before you update it!

Time to move away from Linksys routers. Product and app support is very disappointing.

Why would you put out an app update that would break everyones app. We expect more from a company with your size and reputation. Then after that, why would you make it worse by not immediately fixing it. Very unprofessional!

How would someone be able to find out what that original password even is? A guy that installed my internet also installed that darn router. I tried to sign in with my linksys account but it still asks for that original "associate" account! Where do I even begin to find out what that password is?

I very much like the idea of being able to control my settings in my wifi router and being able to check to see if my internet is down. It has worked fine for me.
