Most frustrating app and hardware ever!

The Linksys router and app have caused us nothing but grief. After hours of paid tech support we were convinced to buy a new router that did not work any better than the first one. We purchased it for the parental control functionality and it just wont work properly.

We did email mngt and they did not respond.

We will never buy this brand again.
