I cant turn on/off guest access and/or parental controls. The app crashes all the time. It went from being a great tool, to very mediocre and useless app!!

Over there. Updated will not finish, goes 3/4 of the way through & will not! Finish. Will Later Tonight reformat the phone. Check if its a network issue.

Who develops a fracking router app that requires internet access to work??? Thats the reason Im logging onto my router... to reboot it and get back on the fracking internet!!!

When some of my network devices are misbehaving, I just use this app to reboot the router to restore connectivity to all wi-fi devices (I have like 50+ of them, in total)!

Basically the website but on an app :) I really like it. Pretty simple.

Appearantly my WRT1200AC router isnt supported for smart wifi login... Funny it was working before updating...

Why cant I do something as simple as reboot my router? Cant delete devices, cant make any changes that are important ... Why even put this thing out... Now ur acting like Microsoft. And to top it off I cant even log on thru any browser on my smartphone. Get rid of this app... If u cant get it right the 1st time then...why bother???!!!

App performs well for what it was designed for however it is missing key ip traffic and websites visited data (unless Im missing the obvious).

Worked fine for a year or so. Last update broke it completely. Claims to only support series AE routers and thats what i have. 1 1/2 months and no fix or update? #%^* you too Lynksys.

Who ever is reading this dont install this app, it is so freaking stupid it doesnt work. If you have one of their routers please return it. It is a waste of money and time. Go got a century link router that actually works

Why does it store every device that ever connected to the network and NEVER wipes it out? So annoying. Great idea but it seems like they canceled the budget soon after the drawing board and just put a half developed app out.

App worked fine for a long time now it wont let me log in keeps saying device not supported. Never had to constantly log in when the app first came out now like many other apps its rendered useless through updates. Dont bother with this.

I have WRT1900AC router. Was woking fine for about a year, but when I try to login via iphone or ipad the app says router not supported.

Every part of this app and the products that force you to use it are just AWFUL. The router wont go offline BUT whenever you need to log in to administer anything it simply wont connect to the router and you cant just log in to the router using the web GUI. Ive had to power cycle my router more times than I can count... Just to do BASIC things.

Bought the Linksys specifically because it could be controlled by an app. Took hours with tech support to create a working account. Try to login and the app doesnt recognize my network. Try to use safari to login via web, Linksys doesnt support the iOS browser. Its like running in a circle and getting nowhere. So back to the desktop thanks to this useless app.

I have to use my computer to make changes to the router. Lame.

I would rate this app higher if it had a function to reset the router. Occasionally my printer gets bumped off the wifi and I need to reset the router

I needed to view info/change some configure setting quickly and this works. To the folks below who cannot login, you need to click the link at the bottom of the login page to access the local admin account. Feature requests - reboot device - add more advance configuration settings for supported devices

I installed the app and put in my username and password but all it does is think for a long time and then says the router is offline.

Developers need to add the ability to adjust specific times to block internet access for specific devices. You can do this on the computer, but not with this app. Or simply allow Safari/Chrome/Firefox/etc iPhone browsers to access the FULL capabilities of the router settings. Very disappointed!! Im returning this router asap!
